    Directions

    As a quick-acting, easily digested amino acid dietary supplement, take 3 tablespoonfuls daily or as recommended by a health care professional trainer. Amino Fuel may also be taken with meals, between meals, as a low calorie anabolic aid before workouts, or after physical activity as a post exercise recovery booster.

    I have taken this for a fair while now, upon waking and before I go to bed. When taking this I can visibly see the gains within a week and I notice my hair and finger nails grow incredibly quickly too. Of course hair and fingernails are formed from protein so it is logical muscles will grow too.Taste isnt that great but i find 3 spoonfuls of this more convenient than making a shake. The price is ok, especially from Vitaminshoppe but initially looks expensive compared to standard powders. Quality makes up for that though.

    Pros: Price, Value, Convenience
     
    I have taken this product on and off for years. At this point I keep it around to fall back on. The price is always great and it's very easy to use but it messes with my stomach, and my stomach is usually very tolorant. For the price it's not bad to use if you've had a heavier than normal workout and want to boost your recovery but it's heavy on the gut.

    Have been taken this amino fuel for quite a few years now for added protein and amino acids. I am very pleased with it, feel great and it is one of many other supplements I feel I need to stay healthy and alive and flexible. wonderful product....
