Directions

Pros:
I'm just finished with my first box of (98capsules)of Atro-Phex.I took it as directed (2-6 pills a day) worked out as regular(3-5 times a week) and did not loose a lb.The only effect on me was that when I took Atro-Phex it give me an awful teeth clinging at night, that was so bed my jaw was sore at the next day....I did not felt energized or hipper or more motivated to work out and it did not decreased my appetite.So all together ,I would not recommend Atro-Phex to anybody it was a waist of money.....

I was hoping this would actually blow me away, but I think it was just mediocre, I didn't have crazy energy, no jitters, just used the bathroom alot and had rasberry burps, I took 4 in the AM and 3 at 2:30, 30 minutes before one of my 6 mini meals.. I saw increased definition in my forearms and the "v" above my hips but I'm eating clean and doing p90x. Just think there are better ones out there. Side note, I am pretty resistant to stims so for others this will probably jack you up. I stacked it with a half an Endorush and that finally hit the spot for energy. kind of pricey too

Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.
I have a pretty regular exercise regimen and needed to drop off few pounds yes those vanity pounds, so figured a bit of help doesn't hurt especially after reading the reviews. The pros for me were the calming effect while I eating a meal, definitely worked and noticeable. The BUT or con was the nauseousness which I didn't recognize at first. The nauseousness continued and defeated the rest and I had to throw the rest out. I really couldn't get over those effects. I have a healthy digestive system and typically don't have a problem but this one didn't work for me.

This is an AWESOME! Product. I usually have trouble with supplements that contain caffeine. With Atro Phex I have rarely experienced jitters or any issues with my heart rate. This product definitely increases energy levels, and helps with curbing hunger. The results have been impressive as well. Good product, highly recommended!

Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.
I've tried many of the ephedra-free supplements on the market with varying results; Xenadrine, Hydroxycut, Lipo-6, ThermoDynamx, etc.This is middle of the road. You do see the typical short-term water shed as well as a pretty steady energy level (I have a very high caffeine tollerance so I don't get jitters) but that's about it. I've actually gone on cycles where I didn't even really shed any water.Given the price - I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Having taken a few different weight loss supplements over the last few years to shed 10lbs here and there I have to say this is definitely the best since Hydroxy Cut w/ Ephedra (illegal now). I set a goal to cut 20lbs to get down to 180 by eating healthy and working out 3 times a week. After hitting a plateau at 190 for a few months I bought this product and lost the last 10lbs by the end of the 3 weeks. I would run a few miles 3 times a week in the mornings, lift about 3-4 times a week and cut my caloric intake by 500 calories a day or so in addition to taking this product. I took a total of 5 pills a day, 2 in the morning, 2 midday and 1 an hour before I worked out after work at night to give me a little boost. I'll be buying this again next time I want to cut a few lbs quickly. I won't waste my money with anything else.

This product is great! I get a great workout in the gym, it gives me a good buzz, and I feel totally focused and energized throughout the day. I started off taking 1 pill in the morning before I ate, and 1 in the after noon (around lunch time). I also had 1 lo carb monster between 11am-12noon. I have just started taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at lunch. On my workout days I would take another pill at 6:00pm before my workout. I have not had any problems going to bed at normal time unlike some stimulants that keep you awake. I have energy all day with no crash or jitters. I have since started running about 3 times a week, and i was always working out 3 times a week. I have lost around 5 pounds since. i am 6 foot, 245, and after a week and a half i am 6 foot 240. Great pill great product, and not too much energy. Also you burp up a raspberry taste with the pill which actually is a good side effect! I also drink around 1.5-2 gallons of water a day to make sure that I stay hydrated. I have not had any side effects of this product that i can feel or have noticed. Other products that I take are, BCAA multi, flaxseed oil, Vitamin d, and Vitamin C Animal Pak (1 in the morning), Optimum Protein Isolate (2 times a day/morning, before or after a workout). Out of every suppliment I've taken, not one has left me feeling more awake, energized, and, best of all, happy, than this one. When I started taking Atro Phx I found myself in a constant good mood. I am more social with my peers and family now. When I work out I notice a high increase on my energy levels and best of all it doesn't feel like fake fat burner energy that I get with other fat burner pills I've tried.The only downside of this product is it's slightly expensive and when I stopped using it for a couple weeks I noticed I was in a very lethargic state.
I could live on this stuff!

No kidding.....if I could have this stuff on an intravenous drip, I would. I love the way I feel when I'm using this. Tons of energy, and no crash, just like everyone else says. You can definitely feel the diuretic process working, and the change due to shedding that water weight becomes obvious very quickly. My only negative was that I felt like I was having withdrawals when I stopped talking it.

In the past to supplement my diet and exercise I have used Lipo 6, Ripped Fuel (which I am also a big fan) and different forms of Hydroxycut. Ive been using this for 3 weeks and Ive already seen and felt dramatic results! Given I normally eat well and normally exercise....but the enhancement just from this is amazing... no crash. no jitters.. for the price and ease... I love this stuff. All of BSN is great
