    Purity is everything with BCAAs

    Pros: Quality, Value,

I used to never see the beneifit of taking additional BCAAs but when I did in amounts exceeding 10grams I see great results. Particularly a decrease in body weight and strength. Usually I'll use it after a month of creatine and it usually thins me out and acutally make me stronger than on creatine. I highly reccomend you try supplementing 5grams before your workout and 5 after with you protein. If you can afford it do more. Also purity is key. I've used to try bulk BCAA powder but have found VS BCAA to work better from the purity using the a patented type of BCAA that is used for medical use. Definately a staple.

    Pros:
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend it to others.

Branched Chain Amino Acids which are building blocks of muscle mass and size. Recent studies have shown that out of all the amino acids, BCAA's are the most essential for muscle growth and recuperation. In fact, BCAA's may be the major energy source involved in anabolic reactions and an integral part of insulin release - which in muscle tissues stimulates protein synthesis and inhibits protein breakdown.
