Pros: Quality, Value, Satisfaction, Convenience
I used to go through shaker bottles every few months. Inevitably the plastic top would crack and protein gunk would go flying everywhere when I tried to shake things up. Not this shaker! I dunno whether they just use a higher quality plastic or what but I use this thing twice daily and its still holding up as good as new! I was skeptical about the ability of the ball to blend, I figured it would just slosh around with the liquid, but it actually blends BETTER than the fixed-strainer bottles. It works a lot like the little ball inside spray paint cans. Super easy to clean too. It costs a little more than other shaker bottles, but trust me its worth it.
This shaker cup is awesome.

Pros: Quality, Satisfaction, Convenience
It's simple, rugged and NEVER leaks. The little blender whisk inside works very quickly. Some of the stuff I take isn't completely water soluble.. no problem in this thing,.. it mixes it up quickly. I've dropped it on the floor many times ... and pretty hard. Never had a mess yet.It has a nice big opening for quickly chugging down all of our nasty tasting potions. The bottle is also very quick and easy to clean.I fill it with powders at my desk, bring it to the bathroom to mix it, chug it down right there, and take it apart and clean it all in about 3 minutes.
