Directions

Take one heaping scoop of Bullet Proof with 10-12 oz. of water 30-45 minutes prior to bedtime. First time users should try an initial dose of 1/2 serving and determine their sensitivity to the product. Cycle 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. For optimal results 8 hours of sleep is suggested. Do not exceed 2 servings in a 24 hour period. For best results take on empty stomach. *Upon waking up, provide yourself up to 30 minutes for initial drowsiness.
