The founder of Probar has had a passion for healthy living through eating well since 1994. Since then, he has dedicated his life to the study and promotion of nutrition, becoming a self-described "food evangelist." In addition to starting Probar, Art has opened two restaurants, and helped developed healthy menus for a wide variety of clients. "My relationship with food has defined my life," he says, and the results speak for themselves, Art has worked to promote healthy eating in Washington D.C. as well as working with Women Beyond Cancer and the Image Reborn Foundation.
