Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.

this stuff works but it will NOT blend with any drink it tastes grainy and sinks to the bottom and to the sides of the cup. I will be finding another brand next time

its good if u need something for recovery but cant afford those crazy recovery blends for 35 bucks and up. this is a small tub for 18 bucks and u take 1 heaping teaspoon. it says once a day but i take it twice - once with my protein shake after workout and once before bed. it definitely works. i remember the second day i had it i did a hardcore shoulder workout then took it after and felt like i did a light workout.bad: it doesnt blend for shit unless u put it in a shake. dont even try just drinking with water cuz this stuff isnt even powdery its grainy. its ok with orange juice.summary. it definitely works, but doesnt blend well so put a big teaspoon in your shake before bed. good for the price!

Have been taking it for 1 month now and have noticed reduced recovery times. Takes ages to dissolve though.
