    Directions

    As a diestary supplement, take 6 softgels 30 minutes prior to exercise. For best results, do not take more than once a day or more than 5 times a week. Supplement daily with a multivitamin while using Hemodraulix (TM).

    Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.
     
    Tried Hemo for the first time yesterday and I felt no change. I have been using USP Labs Jack 3D for six months and Hemo does not compare. I will give it another shot, because I have already spent the money. But, will be goin back to Jack 3D. Its cheaper and more effective.

    HemodrauliX was one of the best supplements I've ever purchased. I felt it working the very time I used it. Now every day when I leave the gym, my target muscles are fully pumped. I also really like that you only have to take it before you train, not every day. I'll continue to recommend this product to all my friends.
