Comments about Aubrey Organics Nourishing Shampoo - 11 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

I've used AO's Rose Mosqueta shampoo for years & this is not the same shampoo. Although the bottle looks exactly the same, the ingredients are different. The new formula has a sickly, fruity scent & it lathers like Prell. If I wanted sub-standard shampoo, I'd buy it at the grocery store, Aubrey.

Bad move sending a different formula in the same bottle without any notice that the contents are different. This is not what I would have expected from a company who has produced such quality products for so many years.

      Very disappointed in Aubrey Organics.

Comments about Aubrey Organics Nourishing Shampoo - 11 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

I just had the same issue as the last reviewer and wish I had read this before purchasing. I thought I was ordering the Rosa Mosqueta Shampoo (with rose hip seed oil) that I have used for years, but I received Rosa Mosqueta with Harvest Apple shampoo, which smells like a jolly rancher and not at all like the rose shampoo I'm used to. I didn't realize it was different until after opening the bottle, so I doubt I can take it back. I can't figure out if Aubrey has changed their product or if I was sent the wrong thing, but I'm definitely disappointed.
VS, please change this listing to reflect the change in the product, or send me the correct bottle.

Comments about Aubrey Organics Nourishing Shampoo - 11 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

As a long time consumer of Vitamin Shoppes Aubrey Rosa Mosqueta, enjoying its strong rose scent, I was perplexed to receive the recent bottle not the same favorite bottle as pictured on the sale site, and totally devoid of the rose scent. Instead it had an apple scent, with different ingredients than the former, even though it was still called Rosa Mosqueta. Also there was no claim to be organic as on the old version.

I have color-treated very thick hair. This shampoo is the best I have used. It tames the frizz and I have no static electricity in my hair. I love the smell and that it is so natural, not all soapy like other shampoos.

Comments about Aubrey Organics Nourishing Shampoo - 11 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

For a shampoo that has so many good ingredients and sounded so good, I was suprised that it went on like a thin syrup and wouldn't lather at all. Since it is suppose to be good for your hair and organic products are not cheap, I've decided to buy another shampoo to use with it to get that lathering effect because without it you don't feel like your able to wash the dirt out of your hair and scalp. I gave it 2 stars because my hair does feel soft.

                    Dries Out the Hair!

I bought this shampoo for its organic ingredients. After one trial run, it has dried out my hair like straw, and I even followed it up with the Honeysuckle conditioner. It's definitely NOT nourishing and will promptly be returned to the store.

I have to say I really like this shampoo. I am always looking for shampoos that clean but do not dry out my hair. I have fine, frizzy, curly blonde, highlighted hair and this works great on it. I have used this for about a week every day and my hair looks clean but moisturized. For some reason in the summer my hair gets really dry from the hot weather. This is a keeper for me. I will try the conditioner too, but I just stocked up on Curl Junkie Daily Assurance conditioner from Curl Mart.

Comments about Aubrey Organics Nourishing Shampoo - 11 Fluid Ounces Liquid:

As a "forty-something", I have colored my hair for the past six years and started doing it myself late this summer. In that time I was always on the look-out for a shampoo that wouldn't fade my color, later adding the need for it to be organic and affordable to enhance my choice to use organic haircolor. I found a satisfactory product until recently when I had to switch to something else due to availability. The replacement shampoo really stripped my haircolor so my search continued. I came across this shampoo and decided to give it a go after carefully evaluating the ingredient list and the fact that it stated it was color-friendly right on the front label. It didn't hurt that I recently purchased Aubrey's mineral powder and mineral blush, which I absolutely love because they do not emphasize fine lines or hot spots. Now I am adding this shampoo to my Aubrey fan list because it simply does not dry out my hair or strip its color. I used to cut hair and sell cosmetics for a living years ago so I have been around the "good stuff" enough to know what works and what doesn't. This shampoo delivers and the price is very competitive. Bonus: it also makes your bathroom smell good for hours after using it. How's that for a win-win?!

I've used this product since 2009 when I researched what shampoo to use to preserve my first experience with color rinses. Stopped after two years but would never change shampoo. I like that it is filed with beneficial oils and highly recommend..

I last purchased this product in Jan 2014 & it is a different formula than the shampoo with the same name that I've used for years. It has a fruity smell & lathers up like Prell. Not an improvement, Aubrey.
