    Comments about Vitamin Shoppe B-12 1000mcg Methylcobalamin (1000 MCG) - 60 Lozenges:

One tablet per day under the tongue until it dissolves was enough to raise my B12 levels so I wouldn't have to go to the doc to get a monthly shot anymore! (AKA EXPENSIVE SHOT - I'm much too wimpy to do them myself) Doc was impressed and told me to take 2 per day to get levels up faster. No more shots, monthly nurse visits AND these are saving me money. It's a win-win.

It is all over the natural websites that MethB12 is the "better" form of B12. It doesn't matter if it "feels" the same!!

hard to dissolve. taste is ok. Did not feel any different of the cyanocobalamin. Will try a different brand and see if it is any easier to dissolve under tongue.
