About this product

Water-soluble vitamin needed for over 100 enzymes involved in protein metabolism. Essential for red blood cell metabolism. Needed by nervous and immune systems to function efficiently. Many older Americans have low blood levels of vitamin B-6.


As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

    I take this once a day along w/ B12. I was taking B Complex but the Niacin made me flush to the point of discomfort. B6 & B12 were what I was trying to get from B complex anyways. I also love how easy the capsuls are to swallow, there's no gross vitamin after taste. Only thing that'd make this better is if it was fruit flavored LOL
