To boil it down to one word: YUM. Whodathunk FISH OIL could taste this good? And no seal burps! That's what makes me the happiest. Every other fish oil product I've ever taken, with every trick in the book, repeated on me and gave me terrible breath, like I'd been eating sardines. I look forward to my big slurp of lime-flavored goo every morning. I don't even bother putting it in yogurt or a smoothie or whatever, just a big spoon! Thank goodness Barleans makes this high-potency version, I'd be downing something like a quarter cup of the regular strength stuff every day, yowza. I do wish they'd make this "hi-test" in some of the other flavors, a little variety would be nice (maybe something less acidic), but I'm really happy enough just to have the lime. Maybe the lime is the only flavor strong enough to completely cover up the double dose of fish!

It is indeed a bit pricey compared to many other fish-oil products but I have to say that to me it's worth every cent - watch for a sale and stock up, stash it in the back of the fridge. The good folks at Barleans say it's good for six months after the "best before" date on the bottle; just yesterday I opened up the last bottle from my last big order and the "best before" date was almost exactly a month ago. Tastes completely normal, although I had no doubts.

YES, you can order this in the summer, you're not going to receive a bottle of rotten sardines because it was ground-shipped during a heat wave. Barleans says that it would take a few _weeks_ of sitting around at over 100F for an unopened bottle to spoil.

I'm giving it a 3 because one bottle out of 6 arrived having leaked all over the other 5 and through the box. Awaiting resolution by The Vitamin Shoppe. The oil itself looks a bit weird; frothy, but that may be normal. I will update this as results warrant.

The product was shipped in a timely fashion; packaging was popcorn - not appropriate for a liquid that doesn't have individual plastic envelopes.

I chose this fish oil as a replacement for another I had been taking with the higher amounts of DHEA in it, and will never go back. Besides having the 1500mg I need to maintain my daily health as a man in my 50's, it tastes great and is a treat by itself or with yogurt, on pancakes, in a smoothie, etc.

I hate fish. Can't stand the taste, and really hate the fish oil pills that say there's no fishy burp, but some how I always seem to get it. This causes no burping and in no way has any sort of fish taste before, during or after taking it. I take one tbsp. and my boys also take the same dose. They love it, and I love it. It's a nice key lime smoothie taste, drink a little water after if the creamy coating bothers you. I have and will always recommend this to friends and family.

I take a tablespoon of the Key Lime Omega Swirl every morning. It tastes great and I have no after taste or fishy burps later. Some pill forms I have taken in the past give me heart burn, but this does not. I have nothing bad to say about this product and I like the fact that it absorbs faster into my system than the pill forms.

I use one tablespoon of Omega Swirl mixed with one 500 mg capsule of Jarrows Formula95 Curcumin also sold at VitaminShoppe. Dr. Russell Blaylock, a well know neurosurgeon recommends 500 mg of curcumin for inflammation but he says it can not be absorbed unless it is mixed with oil. So if one opens up the curcumin capsule, places it in a tablespoon, and then pours the good tasting Barlean's Omega Swirl on top, it is very easy to take the curcumin.

One can always finish up with some water. I really enjoy the taste of the Barleans Omega Swirl and it has lots of DHA in it, which is the Omega 3 that is so good for the brain and heart.

So much like the actual pie! Top it on a graham cracker- ohhhh baaaaaby! Only complaint- I wish Barlean's would make this high potency version in the Mango Peach flavor. Maybe they will if enough people request it?

Barlean's Omega Swirl fish oil was recommended by our naturopathic physician a few years ago, and our extended family, including kids, love it! Interestingly, a rheumatologist just increased my dose of omega 3's to 3,000 for auto-immune diagnosis. Two tablespoons of Key Lime does it! And it seems less sweet than the other flavors. It's so easy to take and is much more easily digestible than other fish oils...my husband does not even need a reminder!

This flavor is as incredible as my other two favorite flavors (peach mango and lemon). It tastes just like Key Lim pie to me, and I love that it has high levels of omegas. I don't know why they don't make ALL the flavors this heavy in omegas, but I'll take it where I can get it.
