Beverly W: I take one KELP and a Super Citrimax every day before breadfast. I can't guarentee it helps, but I could never lose weight before, and I have lost 22 pounds since January and I am keeping it off. I also have a PEA Protein shake every morning for breakfast, so I don't know for sure what is really helping, but something is working. Aug 6, 2013
