Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Cat's Claw 500 MG - 300 Capsules:

I have arthritis of the knuckles at my finger tips. It had gotten so painful, I could barely tolerate even a manicure from a gentle soul. A friend shared a sample supply for me to try, said it would take a week or two -- I could bend my fingers and shake hands in less than a week! I only take 2 capsules with morning vitamins, then one more with dinner. It's been working for close to 6 months. (My primary and specialist doctors both know I'm taking it and were not surprised at my results.)

Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Cat's Claw 500 MG - 300 Capsules:

I have been using Cat's Claw for ten years now and recommend it to friends with arthritis. It takes about six weeks to kick in but they also notice a difference. I trust Vitamin Shoppe brands for quality and the price is terrific compared to others.

do you notice any side effects?
          Marilyn W on Dec 28, 2012
Best Answer: I've been taking it, along with my husband, for at least 15 years and have never noticed any side effects. The only thing noticeable, is if you don't take it, we've found that we aren't as regular. I learned about it from Dr. Julian Whitaker and he's never steered me wrong. He is a very renowned physician from the Seattle area that believes in naturopathic treatments first, before Western medical solutions.
