Pat S: I can't say for sure but I think it does. I have leg cramps too but haven't had them since taking this magnesium. I just started taking this particular one recently so I don't know if it is working for leg cramps yet. I mainly take it to help me sleep. I hope this helps. Sorry I couldn't be more specific. Kathryn E. P: I'm not sure about that. I recently started using it for the constant pain that comes with Fibromyalgia. It is still too soon to say whether it is helping or not. As for leg cramps, I really don't know if this will help or not. Feb 19, 2014

Kris K: I take this every day to ease my heart palpitations and it works very well. I happen to have restless-leg syndrome, and it doesn't seem help at all with that though. I don't know if it will help your leg cramps. Good luck! Feb 19, 2014

Deanna T: I can't say it does or doesn't help relieve leg cramps at night because I take medication for "restless legs". Feb 20, 2014

Norma B asked: Hi- I was told that the magnesium and potassium should be the same. If so, this is way off? Also, could you explain the oxide, citrate, taurinate alpha-ketoglutarate that is added to it? I have been taking 100 mag. and pottas. supplements for years- 100-150 mg for years. I've depended on it because I know it really helps my atrial fibrilation and also have high blood pressure. Also, I'm on warferin and metoporol. I would like to start buying some mag. potas. supplements from you but want to be sure it doesn't interfere with my meds. Thanks for your help. Will be looking forward to your reply.
