I tried this product after having issues with the ginger in the Smooth Move tea, and this has absolutely worked wonders for me. I have never found anything that works quicker for me when I am constipated--I think because it is not only a great formula but that is a tea and you don't have to wait for it to be broken down in the digestive tract
