            I was at the point in life where I was not getting very good sleep. In fact, I probably only slept well once/week. Since taking one Mag Glyc each night, I have very few sleepless nights. Some times when I feel a bit more stressed, I will take 1 1/2 with no side effects.

            After hearing all the hype about Mag Glycinate, I decided to purchase this KAL Brand at the local Vitamin Shoppe. MG Gly is suppose to be at the top as far as bio availability from what I have read. I took this version also because it is suppose to be easy on the stomach. I can tell you from MY experience, this is not the case. I would take 1-2 pills a night before bed and just about every night I would wake up locked up or cramped in my stomach. After getting fed up with this feeling and just the nauseousness that I got from taking these, I went to a Vitamin World in my area and purchased Magnesium Citrate which is just as bio available and has caused me zero problems overall. If I were you id pick up the Mg Citrate first and give it a try. It cost half the price of what you can purchase glycinate for.

It will not constipate, taken in the right quantity it will do the opposite. I found that it is also very helpful for leg and foot cramps and find that I can't do with out it now.
