Comments about KAL Resveratrol (25 MG) - 60 Tablets:

Let me say I am just starting with Resveratrol. I am not an alcoholic. But, I am a diabetic 2. In "googling" resveratrol which is in red wine, I read 3 articles at WebMD. (Google Resveratrol and diabetes on WebMD's site). All 3 articles told of the promise that resveratrol had on reducing blood sugar. So, after I read side effects at 25mg
was quite safe I ordered it from the Vitamin Shoppe. This company seems to be well run and does some 3rd party testing which it should try to do more of. However, I have had no difficulty with anything I have purchased. I will try not to write this in every review, but this is to show you, that like me, I have no clue whether there is pure resveratrol or cherry blossom dust in our bottle! I am depending on this big company to not want to have any scandals or bad press. So until that happens I will get my vitamins and supplements from the company I trust the most and looks like they are looking out for me. Bottom Line...Kal Resveratrol 25mg. is a safe product at this dose (one tablet daily) with virtually no side effects. This replaces the need to drink red wine to get the resveratrol anti-oxidants you need.

Comments about KAL Resveratrol (25 MG) - 60 Tablets:

I have been taking natural vitamins most of my adult life and have been very healthy. Lately at 58 y/o I would wake up in pain most mornings. ( I work full time as a chef) After seeing the 60 minute TV report I tried Resveratrol. I feel quite a bit better in the morning. The only other supplement I have used that had such a noticeable effect is 1000 Mg dry Vitamin D which boosted my ability to fight off colds.

For those that don't drink red wine, this is a good way to reap the benefit that red wine has to offer.
