Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Magnesium Citrate 200 MG - 100 Tablets:

Taking 1 tablet per day, half in the morning, half in the evening, completely eliminated my heart palpitations (benign PVCs) within 1 week. I had been experiencing them on/off for 5 years. If you are suffering from these as well, I highly recommend trying this form of magnesium.

              Why did you choose this?
              Vitamin Shoppe Store
After reading studies on the need for increased Magnesium, I felt that this item offered the best quality and absorption.

(Lost my first question when I went to copy the "other ingredients" from product VS-1976.)
Although research confirms magnesium citrate is one of the four better formulations of magnesium, I am highly reluctant to order because of the laundry list of "Other Ingredients"! I would rather have 'not-so-white' tablets rather than ingest daily more titanium dioxide (used in paint, cosmetics, sunscreens & much more) into my body, let alone yummy sounding polyethylene glycol! Do we really need a plastic compound on our supplements so they don't get sticky/icky in the bottle or during manufacturing processes? There has got to be a better way! I'll pass on this product due to the following product information:

              Other Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, purified water, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol.
