Has the best nutrients if like me, you don't take your vitamins/nutrients in pill form.

This is what it is, but hard to take the recommended dosage for me. I was putting it in my morning smoothie and could only use half, but its smooth you just have to get use to the taste.

      20 mg. vegetable protein

Re: Hemp Pro 70. I was wondering if anyone would let me know whether you find this product gritty or not? I tried the Nutiva brand in my morning smoothies, but find the grittiness of it ruins the texture, even in a high speed blender.
      Thank you!

Best Answer: I found the Hemp Pro 70 to be very smooth. The Hemp Pro 50 was a bit gritty.

      Is this easy to digest?
A Vitamin Shoppe customer on Jun 29, 2014
Best Answer: This is very easy to digest, I have been using for 10 years now, start out at 1/2 dose till you figure out how much fiber and where you want to get your fiber from. My favorite way to ingest is just mixed with cold water..

Doe Hemp PRO 70 have whey powder? I read vegetable protein, but what exactly is that?
      Terry C on Nov 18, 2014
Best Answer: I ordered the Hemp Pro in the green bag, and it does not contain whey. I just ordered this yellow container, and it is described as "rich and creamy"; however, I haven't received it yet. I wonder how it can be rich and creamy since the green one is grainy (but you get used to it, and it's good for you). I find that the green one is best to use in juice smoothies. I'm afraid to mix the green hemp in a soy smoothie.
sorry I can't really answer your question about this one.
