Comments about Nature's Plus Biotin & Folic Acid - 30 Tablets:

When I started using this I immediately noticed my hair looking much shinier and healthier. But after a couple weeks I got the worst breakout of cystic acne. I usually keep it under control but this supplement definitely upset something in my skin.

If you suffer from acne, I would not suggest this product.

Comments about Nature's Plus Biotin & Folic Acid - 30 Tablets:

After researching and learning that both biotin and folic acid are effective in promoting hair growth, I was happy to find a product that contained both. This is a 30 day supply and my hair grew about an inch within 3 weeks of taking it. Very effective! I don't like paying $11 for just a month's supply, but I guess its not the worst price there is. Definitely try!
