Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Norwegian Cod Liver Oil - 300 Softgels:

Found these to be cheaper than Carlson CLO softgels, thought I'd give it a try once my other softgels as finished. Only thing that bothers me about this product is that they don't list the amount of EHA and DHA of product. They should disclose this information. Hope that it has comparable amounts as Carlson.

Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Norwegian Cod Liver Oil - 300 Softgels:

We have used this product ever since we found Vitamin Shoppe. It is very helpfull to my autistic boys. When I first started giving it one boy needed it so much that he liked it so much that he chewed the capsules instead of just swallowing them as he did all of his other pills. It took me a while to find out why he smelled like a fish! Thankfully, more than 8 years later, he just swallows them!

Comments about the Vitamin Shoppe Norwegian Cod Liver Oil - 300 Softgels:

I hate swallowing pills but as I get older I know I need to take a number of supplements to stay healthy. These Cod Liver Oil gel tablets aren't too big and relatively easy to swallow. Be careful of drug interactions - CLO is known to lower blood pressure so be careful if you're already taking meds for this issue.

Best Answer: As far as the Omega3 part I'm not sure its better or worse, about the same as far as I can tell. but I like that it naturally has Vit. D in it which is very helpful in the winter as we are not getting as much from the sun. Hope this helps
