I am a pre-op bariatric surgery patient on a high-protein diet, and have been taking this 2x/daily to deal with motility issues. This product is gentle, and works like a charm.

Michellene K: A great natural way to promote healthy flora activity in the digestive system, which helps to keep things regular. Make sure you start slow with maybe one pill per day and lots of water. Everyone's body is different, so experiment with whether its better for you to take it first thing in the morning, or midday, or right before bed. Lots of water throughout the day is best, otherwise you may get bound up. Fiber needs water to be able to do its job! Mar 5, 2013
