Comments about Quantum Thera Zinc Echinacea Lozenge - 48 Lozenges:

I have tried all zinc supplements. Zinc Acetete is the only one that has a numbing affect as you dissolve it. Within 2hrs. my canker sores, sore throats and cold are gone. Ascorbate, Gluconate, Citrate and Aspartate are just candy.

Great for immune system protect when taken as soon as you start to feel symptons.

I used to take zinc tabs and brew Echinacea tea, but this is a much more convenient method. I've found the zinc-Echinacea combo always knocks my cold out starting in 2 days and the cold will be gone in 5 days. I just hope these are fresh :)

Since you said that within 2 hours, your symptoms were gone, why have you given the Thera Zinc Echinacea Lozenges only one (1) star?
            Constance M on May 17, 2015
Best Answer: Don't know why others gave this such a low rating. I use it daily, but not for colds, sore throats, etc. I had surgery which makes it difficult for me to absorb zinc, and I care very little about the echinacea. I have noticed that I get fewer colds than I used to, but I chalked it up to not being around kids as much now that mine are grown Perhaps, though, it is the echinacea.. I will say that the product dissolves well and has a pleasant taste. It is a large lozenge, though, much, much larger than the average cough drop. It is certainly worth trying.
