Comments about Rainbow Light Nutritional Systems Food-Based Calcium - 180 Tablets:
I like it, its very gentle on my stomach and I dont have to eat anything before or after taking it. I like the fact that there's nettle in it which helps my allergies and cleanses out my liver.Spirulina gives me energy thats a nice added benefit. and ofcourse the Vitamin D as D3 which helps me immensly during the fall and winter. The only problem is that the magnesium and calcium ratio is off there should be more magnesium than calcium.
>> A Vitamin Shoppe Customer commented on this review on 2011-09-18
Actually the ratio is half the magnesium of what the calcium is. So if you take 1000 mg of calcium than the magnesium should be 500 mg.
