If this item is a total cleanse, how long before you felt "total"ly pain free and would you recommend this product with something else (assuming you thought this product was worth buying) or as a standalone product?
    John E on May 12, 2014
Best Answer: Within 24 hours the pain stopped. Had to take this once a day, every day for some weeks. If I forgot to
take it one day, I would start to feel soreness which reminded me to take it again. The pain of gout is one of the worst pains I ever had! Within 2 months of use, I seem to be over the gout. Every now and then,if I start to feel a soreness near my big toe, I take it again for a day or two and that works. I highly recommend this product. It is well worth the rather low cost. I am keeping it handy just in case I have another attack.

Does this work and are there any side effects. Is one bottle sufficient to remove the build up of Uric acid in the system? Thanks, David
    David G on Oct 27, 2012
Best Answer: I have had an on going problem with gout and decided to try this product.
My last attack was in August of 2011, started taking 2 capsuls a day in Jan. 2012. I have not had another attack of gout. My joints acually feel better. I have not had my uric acid monitored so I can't answer the question about removing build up. All I know is it seems to be working for me. I plan to continue taking this product daily, small price to pay to avoid gout problems.

Does it work. Is this something you have to include on going or just when you have bouts of gout flare up?
A Vitamin Shoppe customer on Jun 11, 2014
Best Answer: I use primarily for travel vs. my "at home" daily regimen of Braggs vinegar, black cherry concentrate and powdered ginger root. I use this product instead of the more expensive Uricelax. I believe the ingredients to be much the same. I've not had a gout attack in over 2 and 1/2 years.

In addition, uricelax claims to remove the uric acid crystals which have formed in a joint...I found this to be true as I had a tophi in a finger joint which completely reduced... I believe the Solaray product would do the same.

Best Answer: Been taking Uric acid total cleanse for the past few months, it has helped reduce gout symptons. Now taking it every other day since gout is under control. Also important to stay hydrated while taking this cleanser.
