As a dietary supplement for adults, two (2) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Solgar Formula V 2000
In my book, Solgar always rules. They are the royalty of supplements, esp. their vegetarian line/s. I've been taking their veg multis for over 30 years to great effect. Go for it!
