I have used this brand of vitamin C crystals and it works for me; a lot of C without swallowing too many tablets and no gastric distress.

Which is better vitamin c powder or vitamin c crystals?
A Vitamin Shoppe customer on Aug 28, 2013
Best Answer: I use the Solgar vitamin C crystals brand because it is pure L-ascorbic acid that dissolves easily and contains no additives like magnesium stearate that are often found in other brands. If a product is pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) then it is in crystalline form as far as I can tell.
