In human cell culture studies, quercetin research needs to be conducted to confirm the effects of quercetin. if any, in human. Bromelain is a pineapple enzyme that may assist the body in times of stress. Magnesium ascorbate is a buffered (non-acidic) form of vitamin C that helps support the immune system.*

    Directions
    3 to 6 tablets daily in divided doses, between meals. If you have a delicate, easily irritated stomach, take with meals.

    Question: is the Source Naturals "Activated Quercetin" tablet chewable or not? If not, is it larger than a dime in circumference? Thank you.

    Best Answer: Not chewable. It is oblong and about the length of a dime on the longest part. If you took 2 regular peanuts out of the shell and laid them end to end they would be about the same size. I take 100mg Quercitin and 500 mg Dong Quai for joint inflammation. They work much better than the Lortabs I was taking for 2 years.
