Directions

1 to 3 lozenges daily. Place the lozenge in various positions inside the mouth including under the tongue and allow to dissolve slowly.

Warning

Contains tyrosine. Not to be used with MAO inhibitor drugs. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your health care professional before using this product. Do not use if either tamper-evident seal is broken or missing. Keep out of the reach of children. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Comments about Source Naturals Gaba Calm - 30 Sublingual Tablets:

This product is awful..tablet takes forever to dissolve..it does not dissolve quickly..better to take it as a whole instead of using dissolvable..vitamin shoppe GABA 750 tablet highly recommended instead of this product

A Vitamin Shoppe customer asked: What's the advantage of the sublingual vs. the capsule ? Jul 17, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Christi M: For me, the main advantage is that I don't swallow pills very well. This sublingual tablet is larger than some I've had and takes awhile to dissolve. This doesn't bother me, but some people may not like that. I actually feel myself calming down as it dissolves, so I like it. Jul 17, 2014
Reply to Christi Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Tiffany G: The sublingual begins absorbing into your body and working immediately and you can take a half a dose or quarter if you are sensitive. The capsule takes longer to work. Jul 17, 2014
Reply to Tiffany Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Sally H: The advantage of the sublingual is that the body absorbs it much more quickly vs. the capsule which goes through the intestinal tract before it is absorbed. Jul 17, 2014
Reply to Sally Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
James J: Sublingual is faster uptake directly into the bloodstream, and also complete absorption which may not occur with tablets or capsules. Jul 22, 2014
Reply to James Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Anne H: A friend recommend the sublinguals over the tablets. Otherwise I don't know. Sorry I don't know more. Jul 17, 2014
Reply to Anne Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Lisa O: I feel that the sublingual dissolves more quickly getting into the system faster. Jul 17, 2014
Reply to Lisa Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
M A: The capsule doesn't work as well. It had no affect. Jul 17, 2014

Jillene M: Nutrition information is not listed on the product label, nor on the Source Naturals website. This product has been helpful to me for many years, and I've often wondered about the sugar content. Suggest contacting customer service at Source Naturals: by phone at (831) 438-1144.
