I take 3-4 every night before I go to bed and can finally sleep a lot better. I am so greatful that an ob-gyn nurse mentioned to me that magnesium is great to take before bedtime to help you sleep. I went almost 3 years struggling with peri and post menopause insomenia. I am so grateful I found something natural that helps me sleep; it sure beats taking any prescription sleep aids which makes you feel lousey the next morning. Magnesium should be recommended more for menopause. It also seems to have helped regulate my hormones better and the hot flashes are not as severe. Bur doctors like to push the prescription products instead.
