      N-A-G, N-acetyl glucosamine, is an amino sugar ( the building blocks of mucopolysaccharides). It is formed from L-glutamine and glucose. N-A-G forms the basis of complex molecular structures which are key parts of the connective tissues and mucous membranes of the body- tendons, ligaments, cartilage, bone matrix, skin, joint fluid and intestinal lining.*

    1 to 3 tablets daily, or as recommended by your health care professional.

    According to the Blood Type Diet, Blood type O should eliminate the chrondriutin sulphate from supplements used for joint pain relief. And NAG is superior form of Glucosamine to use.

    This supplement is part of a regime with timed calcium citrate and a low oxalate diet to diminish pain from vulvodynia and interstitial cystitis. I have no pain left, no more itching, no more sore muscles, no more sleep deprived nights. Thank you for an excellent product.
