It is an NSF-certified product and 90 servings/container is a good deal. BOGO was also a plus!

What do you think of this product as a pre-workout?
      Kate P on Mar 17, 2014
Best Answer: I'm not a bodybuilder or fitness competitor, but a cross fit athlete. I'm not crazy about this one. I ended up taking two scoops to get much of an effect. For the price, it is alright. I would recommend something different. The plus side is I didn't have any issues with my heart beating fast or feeling dizzy which I tend to worry about when taking supplements meant for lifters and not high intensity cardio.

Can I take this in place of my morning and afternoon coffee?
      Theo H on Feb 23, 2015
Best Answer: I would not recommend doing this. In addition to caffeine, this product also contains beta-alanine, creatine monohydrate, and arginine AKG. These are great ingredients to boost your pre-workout routine, but I would not want to consume these throughout the day.
