Comments about TwinLab Vitamin D3+K2 Dots 1000 - 60 Sublingual Tablets:

Twinlab D# & K2 Dots use an inferior version of K2. They use MK-4, NOT the much preferred MK-7.

MK-4 has a very short biological half-life of about one hour making it a poor candidate as a dietary supplement. MK-4 used in supplements is artificial!!
                ........
MK-7 is a newer agent with more practical applications because it stays in your body longer, its half-life is three days meaning you have a much better chance of building up a consistent blood level compared to MK-4 or K1. MK-7 is extracted from the Japanese fermented soy product called Natto.

Comments about TwinLab Vitamin D3+K2 Dots 1000 - 60 Sublingual Tablets:

I dislike taking pills. I try to find ways around it, if possible, like liquids, chewables, etc.
These "dots" appeal to me because they aren't a pill I have to swallow. They taste fine as they dissolve. Even my kiddos will take them without issue.
The one thing that may be a drawback for some: you are supposed to let them dissolve under your tongue, no chewing them up. No drinking anything. So, the issue is that it takes about 15 minutes, roughly, for them to sloooowly dissolve. It's not a deal breaker, just a mild annoyance. Get a big drink before you take them so you won't feel "thirsty" while you can't drink anything.
Bonus: they have D3 included. BTW, the guidelines recommend 200mg of K2 per day, so you have to take 2 of these (2000iu of D3) per day, so figure on that bottle lasting HALF as long as you might have though. K2 is proven to redirect calcium into the bones, where it belongs, instead of in the arteries (calcification) or into kidney stones. As a kidney stone sufferer, that's VERY important to me.

This sublinqual Vitamin K2 and D3 tablet is a convenient way to ensure calcium is where it belongs, in bones, not in blood vessel walls.

The convenience of this sublinqual tablet assures better absorption.

I don't understand why the bottle is so small. A better quantity would be at least 250, and more if possible.

These taste very good. Orange flavored and a great way to get more D-3. It does have a little bit of residue that you swallow after dissolving the tablet.

Can't see the lable on the site. Is this the cyno, or methyl preparation, please? Thanks.

                      Best Answer: Thomas:
This is not cyanocobalamin or mythylcobalamin, which are variations of Vitamin B-12.
This listing is a combination of Vitamin K3 and Vitamin D3.
The sub-lingual K3 moves calcium out of the blood vessels and into the bones.
Getting calcium out of the blood vessels, which are great places in which plaque can accumulate, is very important for good health.
