Two big vitamins in one tiny do! Sometimes referred to as the sunlight vitamin, vitamin D strengthens the bones and teeth by facilitating calcium absorption. Recent evidence suggests higher daily doses support optimum health. New research shows that consumption of the little-known vitamin K, supports healthy bones and cartilage, as well as promoting healthy blood vessels.

Directions

One Dot daily, for best results, allow tablet to dissolve in mouth before swallowing.

Comments about TwinLab Vitamin D3+K2 Dots (1000) - 60 Sublingual Tablets:

I dislike taking pills. I try to find ways around it, if possible, like liquids, chewables, etc.
These "dots" appeal to me because they aren't a pill I have to swallow. They taste fine as they dissolve. Even my kiddos will take them without issue.
The one thing that may be a drawback for some: you are supposed to let them dissolve under your tongue, no chewing them up. No drinking anything. So, the issue is that it takes about 15 minutes, roughly, for them to sloooowly dissolve. It's not a deal breaker, just a mild annoyance. Get a big drink before you take them so you won't feel "thirsty" while you can't drink anything.
Bonus: they have D3 included. BTW, the guidelines recommend 200mg of K2 per day, so you have to take 2 of these (2000iu of D3) per day, so figure on that bottle lasting HALF as long as you might have though. K2 is proven to redirect calcium into the bones, where it belongs, instead of in the arteries (calcification) or into kidney stones. As a kidney stone sufferer, that's VERY important to me.

Comments about TwinLab Vitamin D3+K2 Dots (1000) - 60 Sublingual Tablets:

This sublinqual Vitamin K2 and D3 tablet is a convenient way to ensure calcium is where it belongs, in bones, not in blood vessel walls.

The convenience of this sublinqual tablet assures better absorption.

I don't understand why the bottle is so small. A better quantity would be at least 250, and more if possible.

Comments about TwinLab Vitamin D3+K2 Dots (1000) - 60 Sublingual Tablets:

These taste very good. Orange flavored and a great way to get more D-3. It does have a little bit of residue that you swallow after dissolving the tablet.
