I've read this substance is in every cell of the body and important in heart health. Though I have no heart problems and perfect blood pressure I have seen many folks and some family members show signs of heart disease and problems which I want no part of. I appreciate the bonus points for my participation in this review.

A worthwhile suppliment.
I can honestly say that this product has apparemtly improved the cardiovascular health of a loved one for whom i purchased it. The cardiologist monitoring the patient was plesantly surprised by the improvement in the heart's pumping action. Of course there could be other factors involved but from my observations I would certainly recommend adding COQ-10 to anyone's protocol.
At any rate I can attest anecdotally that i've seen remarkable improvement in individuals with cardiac conditions on both Ubiquinal or COQ-10.
A quick answer, I think 200 is sufficient but it depends on your condition.
Hope this helps. Aug 25, 2013
I don't know if it makes a difference but I'm still around at 67 with no serious problems and had my triple bypass 17 years ago. Aug 14, 2013
No according to DR. Mercola this is a more concentrated form of CO Q10 check the Dr. Mercola website for more info-Ubiquinol,8JUL113. Especially if you are on Statins Ubiquinol is necessary.
I hope this helps. Jul 8, 2013
