Instructions say take 3 tablets daily, with meals. Does that mean one tablet with each meal, or all three at once with a meal?

Best Answer:  As you noticed, the instructions don't specify. I usually take one with each meal except when I know I'm going to have fewer than 3 meals that day. Other than a very minor niacin rush if you take them all at once, it probably doesn't matter much since none of the nutrients flush out of your system very quickly.

Best Answer:  This supplement is a tablet form so it can be broken into smaller pieces if needed, but we would not recommend crushing it into a powder.

Best Answer:  Time-released or sustained release are one in the same, both are a gradual release of a product into the system.. I feel good all day since starting the use of the product, so yes.
