    Each box contains EXACTLY 16 (sixteen) 10 capsule servings (30-Day Supply). Along with 12oz or more of water or juice, take entire contents of 1 (ONE) and ONLY 1 (ONE) blister card (10 capsules) 30-60 minutes before weight training. Take Plasmajet(TM) ONLY on the days you actively work out. Plasmajet(TM) induces its maximum vaso-expansion / strength inducing effects within 2-8 hours after ingestion and can be taken as near as 5 minutes before you start your workout. DO NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) servings per week and DO NOT use more than every other day under any circumstances.

    So instead of purchasing the whole thing which is about $60, I bought the 1 serving sample packet from the store instead because the guy said I would feel it the first time. I was a little skeptical however not only 10 mins after taking it I felt different. my hands felt strong and when I hit the gym I definitely noticed a difference. I bought another sampler today to double check but Im probably going to end up buying it. The only downfall to this product though that I must say is one serving is 10 capsules and that is a lot especially if you're like me taking other muscle-enhancing pills such as testosterone boosters and tribulus

    Insane Pumps but timing is critical...

    My wife got me this as a gift so I can't comment on price or value but I will say this much - I was skeptical because most arginine type products are pure garbage. However, this one proved me wrong. The pumps I got from this were insane, just totally unreal. Painful and red and veiny. The pump lasts for more than a day so the Gaspari people are correct with telling you to only use it three times per week. Make sure you follow the directions this way. The biggest issue for me is timing it right. I took it 2 hours before the gym the first time and got a great pump but my training partner told me to try it at lunch instead - we lift after work at 5-6PM. I did this on back and biceps day. WHOA! HUGE DIFFERENCE! The pumps were just crazy, veins popped out of my forearms and biceps that I had never seen before and stayed inflated up for almost an entire day. All my muscles were rock hard and pumped. I did a set of wide grip chins and my lats just blew up, I mean people noticed it and asked me what I was using if you know what I mean. This is a great product. I am very happy with Gaspari as a company so far, I have tried SizeOn and Novedex XT too. I will use both of them again and I will use Plasmajet again too. This was the first arginine product I have used ever because everyone says NO2 products are a waste. So I can't compare this to other companies NO2 prods. But honestly, Plasmajet did everything Gaspari said it would. Major pumps! A+ guys!
