    Pros:
     
    If you've had trouble downing bars packed with whey protein, I would recommend trying these. I've read up on the science behind the protowhey protein and wonder if it's smoke or true. Nonetheless it's better than the worthless soy/protein mix in most bars. I really can't eat any other protein bars on the market. High on fat content, I wonder if they can clean that up a bit and get the right fats included, but low on sugar, if it wasn't I probably wouldn't be eating them. Just ordered another 4 boxes. I work out approx 3 times a week and try to eat these instead of worthless junk food. With these in my cupboard I don't have the need to get other snacks. Each bar is 200 calories approximately and in-between a sensible meal I think is ideal. But what I've realized, is the most important meal is breakfast, you skip out on that and you'll be eating a massive dinner and that equals extra weight. If you're still gaining weight after that, I think the only option is more exercise, with the same or LESS calorie intake for an extended period of time, try smaller meals and get out more!!
