    Pros:
     
    These taste so good and are very well balanced nutritionally. Of course it is still better to get protein from real food instead of bars like these. But I like to have one once a week to spice things up or when I'm on the run. These are my #1 choice, trust me I've looked at all types of bars out there, nothing beats these.

    Bottom Line: No, I would NOT recommend it to others.
     
    Be aware that these bars have sucralose in them. I didn't read the ingredients carefully; should have been suspicious when I noted that there are only 4 grams of sugar in them.
