Directions
As a dietary supplement take up to 10 capsules 20 minutes prior to training. You may begin with 6-8 capsules 20 minutes prior to training and adjust dosage according to desired level of training intensity. Always consume Predator with at least 12 oz of water and continue to hydrate throughout your workout. On non-workout days, take 3-5 capsules in the morning and 3-5 capsules in the evening preferably with meals.
