Directions

As an adult dietary supplement, begin by consuming one 15 gram serving of Ragnarok with 4-16 ounces of cold water. Adjust the lavel of water to acheive desired taste. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance and sensitivity. NOTE: Ragnarok is strong enough that one 15 gram serving is all that is needed. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume one additional 15 gram serving of Ragnarok. ON TRAINING DAYS: As an adult dietary supplement, once tolerance has been assessed, mix one 15 gram serving of Ragnarok with 4-16 ounces of cold water, adjusting the amount of water for desired taste.
