Directions

I have tried a few protein shakes and I feel that this is the best shake I've had. It is great tasting, healthy, not too heavy, and vegetarian! I feel safe drinking this shake because Nature-Plus makes trustworthy products and have been in business for quite a while now.I was also impressed by how quickly Vitamin Shoppe shipped out my shakes! I'm hooked!

Wonderful shake!

I cannot say enough good about this shake. I started using Spirutein as a vegetarian to increase my protein intake(about 10 years ago), and just loved the flavor. I also loved the way it made me feel. I attribute my great health to drinking it at least five mornings per week since then. I also was able to use it as a pre-natal supplement, in place of those huge daily pills (I only had to add a folic acid supplement, as recommended by my doctors and midwives - Spirutein had all the rest of the dietary recommendations found in most other pre-natal vitamins). I usually drink it with rice milk, which gives it a fantastic flavor. Otherwise, I drink it with soy milk (which really sweetens it!) and lately, with whole milk (when it is around). I have recommended this shake over the years to numerous people as a dietary supplement and protein enhancement. And, everyone that has tried it loves it! Even my daughter loves having a small portion in the morning! The cost at health food stores is pretty obscene, but via the Vitamin Shoppe, the cost is completely reasonable. Our family goes through five pounds per month, so we need to be thrifty. Great stuff. I've tried many others, in comparison, and have yet to find one that is this good all around. And, Nature's Gate has other fantastic products (vitamins, etc.). Highly recommended to anyone looking for energy boosting, needing supplementation and better health!

Spirutein Powder

I usually buy 4-5 pounds of this protein powder a month I have food sensitivities which makes it difficult to obtain enough proteins. It is the best tasting the best consistency of any protein powder I've ever tried. This is a bit pricey but it is worth it when you see all the ingredients you get besides the protein.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend it to others.

I love this shake!! It really makes you feel great after drinking it!. I usually blend it with strawberries. It tastes delicious. If I want a thick consistency, I would put a banana. I also use almond milk instead of regular milk. Vanilla is my favorite. I bought the Banana flavor and did not like it. Previous to this shake, I bought the Ultimate Meal (meal replacement); it taste disgusting. I prefer this shake 100% more than that one. This one is more convenience and cheaper too. I really notice the difference when I do not drink it in the morning.

Fibromyalgia sufferers

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend it to others.

I have fibromyalgia and work with the handicapped; very physical employment. Without a Spirotein smoothie (I add whatever fresh organic fruit is in season) put it in the blender, and I have maximum energy all day. I am 50 years old, and I am on just one Rx for my illness, with this I can run circles around the "X" generation. I just came down with the H1N1 virus, and this drink lessened my down time.Thank you Nature's Plus,Maryem
