Apple Flavor Fish Oil

Ultra pure, great tasting omega-3. Beneficial for cardiovascular health, brain function and healthy bones and teeth. Beneficial in the development of the brain, eyes and nerves in children and adolescents.

Directions

Adults and adolescents 14 years and older take 1 tsp daily. Children under 2-13 years take tsp daily. Store in a cool area, away from light. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 90 days. Product may change appearance when refrigerated. Keep bottle tightly closed to preserve freshness. Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing.

I love the convenience of getting the benefits of EPA, DHA and vitamin D in one delicious teaspoon. The fewer supplements I have to remember to take, the better!

I was looking for a good high quality fish oil to help with the joint inflammation in my arm and to add more Omega 3's to my diet. I also heard fish oil was a great source of vitamin d. My fear was the taste. I don't like the taste of fish! The manager at my local store allowed me to taste three different versions of this oil. It has a light neutral taste...although I did not taste the apple flavor.

I decided to give this a try because of the apple flavor. It was a different flavor than what I was used to with my old fish oil brand. I was so surprised at how great it tastes, so light!! Vitamin D and fish oil in one bottle, with an amazing taste...I'm sold!!
