I was having problems falling asleep and staying asleep at night; staying up for three days at a time still reporting to work each morning. IÕm 51 years old, IÕm sure some of you have experienced what I was going through. I found the 20mg worked best for me but itÕs not in the stores or Vitamin Shop you can only purchase on line. The following milligrams can be found in the store, 10 or less.
