      This stuff is amazing!! I have 2 kids and work with the public, so I am always exposed to germs. before I started taking this, I could look at someone and get sick. Since November( when I started to take this) I have not been sick!! I take 2 a day. If I am feeling like I am getting something, I take more. Pill's are easy to swallow (i can take 2 at once).
