Directions
Based on taste preference, mix 2-4 ounces of water per serving of Nectar. One scoop, providing 23g of protein, 0g of fat and 0g of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity, such as weight training, and prior to sleep. It hard to believe that this has no carbs! This stuff taste great and mixes easily....no clumps! With a full scoop you get great taste along with 24 gms of protein. I can't wait to try the other flavors!

3 years ago I had to be on a liquid diet for serious health reasons. I searched long and hard for a protein shake that was different from the traditional vanilla, strawberry and chocolate which are boring.
I was fortunate to find Nectar by Syntrax. My favorite flavors are this one, Twisted Cherry and Caribbean Cooler. I mix them with fresh apple juice, fish or flax oil and a handful of ice cubes. They mix up to create a forthy delight. To change up the flavors I would sometimes add tangerine or orange juice.
Nectar helped me survive a difficult time. I no longer have to be on a straight liquid diet, but I love the flavors so much I have a Nectar protein shake at least once a day. Now I add fresh fruit to them as well.
Some folks don't like the froth, but I think its kind of fun

I love all the Syntax Nectar products. This mixes well with little effort and allows me to get my water and protein in with one shot. Wonderful on a warm day. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will never be without it!

Just recieved my order today, and boy am I happy with my purchase! When I was looking to buy protein, I was looking for something new, and something that didn't have that protein taste. I've tasted syntrax's strawberry cream shake and it was pretty mediocre while it didn't mix so well. However.. This is not your ordinary protein shake. Yes, no protein taste ladies and gentlemen! This product not only tastes great, but it mixes well.
Any of you out there who tried p90x recovery (super delicious stuff)formula, the orangey taste is comparable, but not quite there. However, it is very close if you add a little less water than suggested amounts. The only thing that others may not like is that it foams a bit. But heck, even the foam is pretty tasty.
Other things I like about this is that it can be used to cut down. The nutrional facts say that it has no fat and no sugars.Hence will not be the ideal meal replacement if taken alone. No apseratame as well!
Overall, good stuff! Can't wait to try their other products.

I have tried many protein powder, this is the one I love. It is loaded with protein and it is great with water... Mix it with fruit but it is AWESOME. When on a strict diet this is the one I would pick it has only 15 mg salt. No sugar and a great taste. I would recommend the product to anyone that is looking for something different.

This is the best tasting stuff I have had and I have tried a lot of different Proteins. This is one of the cleanest proteins around, nothing but isolates and no artificial junk. Mixes really well and tastes good!! Fuzzy Navel is the best flavor in this line of proteins. I usually mix mine in a blender with a banana, greek yogurt and ice. AMAZING! I have noticed that when mixed with a shaker cup it does get pretty foamy.

I haved tried to get used to other weigh products that come in numerous flavors. I hate mixing them with milk, I hate the chunky texture that usually results from them, and quite frankly I'm not a chocolate, vanilla etc kind of guy. I did a ton of research and decided to try Nectar. I went for the fuzzy navel because I've been on a peach kick lately with the fruit. This is by far the easiest mixing and best tasting protein shake I've encountered. I use 2 scoops with 20 oz of water in the blender bottle and absolutely no chunks. Even with some glutamine mixed in it gets a bit grainy but not too bad. Over all Nectar will be my protein drink from here on out.

I have had gastric bypass surgery and have used many protein powders out there, Nactars are my favorite by far, Fuzzy Navel is my favorite flavor, I make it with 1 cup light vanilla soy milk and toss in my bullet blender with a chunk of bananna, or just mix it in a shaker or a cup with a spoon, it mixes very well, I also add a scoop to orange Crystal Light to up my protein, tastes great!
