Directions
Based on taste preference, mix 2-4 ounces of water per serving of Nectar. One scoop, providing 23GM of protein, 0GM of fat and 0GM of sugar, may be mixed with 8-16 ounces of water. Consume the desired number of servings two to three times per day to satisfy your protein requirements. Remember, the best times for supplementing protein are immediately upon rising in the morning, after intense physical activity, such as weight training, and prior to sleep. I drink Nectar as a PM snack, and pre/post workout (intense workouts such as with my trainer or when kickboxing/boxing). I mix with unsweetened vanilla almond milk in a blender cup and it tastes pretty good. Has a really sweet flavor; I'm not in love with it, but it's definitely drinkable.
I really like that it doesn't have sugar, but also doesn't have aspartame.

I replace 2 meals a day with this protien powder. I mix it with unsweetened coconut milk. I prefer the Chocolate Truffle over the other flavors that I have tried. I snack on healthy snacks in between and eat a well balanced lunch. I lost 13 pounds in 3 months and feel a lot healthier!

I've tried so many protein powders and pre made shakes as well. This is by far the easiest digesting and best tasting ever! I mix one scoop with 8 oz. Almond milk. It tastes like chocolate milk, not at all like a protein shake. There are so many chocolate powders on the market but give this one a try, you will agree it's fantastic!

After my gastric bypass surgery, I had to get a certain amount of protien. This Nectar Chocolate Truffle has been my survival! I mix the powder with skim milk and it works great. It's not quite as yummy as good ole chocolate milk, but it comes pretty close. I love it!

When I opened the package it smelled like Chocolate Truffle candy. After I inhaled the delicious scent I couldn't wait to try the sample I received from my dietician. Once I tried it I was hooked.
