The oh yeah bars are delicious especially the cookies and cream but they are not for anyone who is vegetarian. The bars contain gelatin.

ISS Oh Yeah! Bar Chocolate & Caramel 12 ea (Iss Research) Ñ As a person who likes to stay in shape and is highly active daily im in need of something to give me a lot of protein to fill me up and restore my muscles after a workout. Many protein bars have only a little amount of protein and or taste horrible. not only does Oh Yeah Chocolate and Caramel bars have a whole lot of protein they also taste amazing. These are probably the best protein bars that I have bought and they are at a great price. I get these bars at the same gas station I get the Oh Yeah Shakes and i believe that $2.00 for a bar is a reasonable price and it does trult fill me up just as a meal would i am more than willing to pay $2.00 for a healthy meal that real truely benefit me. The one thing that I really like about these Oh Yeah bars is that not only do they have Chocolate and Caramel bars as their only flavor they have a variety of flavors which makes enjoying an Oh Yeah bar that much better and something to look forward to.

I have tried plenty of protein bars and this is the only one that taste so good. These bars comes in 2 sizes (large or small). Currently, the small size bars are on sale for $13.99 they are normally $16.99.
