I had read about this product helping with hormone imbalance. Every month when I start my period the first few days are super heavy! I always had to double up on protection. Since taking the maca root after a month it was slightly different, but by the second and third month I noticed a big change. I still get heavy, but nothing near what I was, it seems more normal. I like it because there are no side effects. I know it gets promoted for romance, but I never really noticed much with that, I was using it for different reason and it seemed to really work. It showed me more in the way of a physical proof, my body really changed in ways you could measure. Also I didn't really notice a difference with any one product, but this could be different from user to user. I would take 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM. I've taken on an empty or full stomach and didn't bother me either way.

I take one capsule a day as recommended on the label. It was recommended to me by a Hallelujah Acres counselor to help balance my post menopausal hormones. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks now and have not noticed much difference, but herbal products are not 'magic bullets' and often it does take time to see results. I think there may be some improvement in my vaginal dryness. That would be enough to keep me taking it.

I am menopausal and my mood swings and hot flashes were terrible. I started taking natural estrogen (black Cohosh, Dong Quai) but had no luck. I learned about Maca Root helping my body to produce and balance my own hormones, and after a couple weeks, everything feels balanced!

I have felt a difference with this product. I don't feel as dry and I feel that I ask my husband to accompany me to bedroom more often! I usually just take one pill in the morning. If I took this as instructed, I would probably be more pleased.

My husband & I are in our late 30's & trying to conceive, so I purchased this product hoping for more "volume" to assist... After just a few days we are both pleasantly surprised! I also bought this in conjunction with the Super Male Plex, so I'm not sure which product is doing the trick, but I have no complaints! We have had longer encounters (time-wise), lots of "volume", and the extra firmness is a also a *treat*! THANK YOU!
