Taste was my only concern with this product. It wasnt horrible, but was alittle artifical tasting. The Vanilla ice cream is much better.

My only complaint is the sucralose, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. I would rather just have plain sugar. Sucralose is not easily digested and not good for you despite all of the claims.

I give this protein 5 stars because it's not the proteins fault I can't handle milk products. I toned up really quickly working out 5 dys a wk for 1 hr cardio & weights. I was 160lbs, female. It curbed hunger and built muscle really quickly. Good buy lots of protein in 1 scoop definitely worth the $$ if you can handle milk products. Its not a great tasting shake other flavors may taste better but who cares it gets the job done! Its easy to mix with water. I highly recommend it.

Optimum is my staple protein company. They sell high quality at a resonable price. Alot of people I know are not fans of strawberry protein powders; but it is one of the only ones that i can drink long term and still look forward to drinking it. 80 scoops, 24g of protein per scoop, 1g fat, 2 carb, and 1 sug. At a price that cant be beat. Any flavor of an ON protein should be a satisfying buy. Along with Optimum's whey I use their Casein powder, Serious Mass, and Natural Oats & Whey. I will never change protein companies.

This is the best supplement that money can buy. Protein has to be the most important supplement for building muscle, so you should by the top of line protein; 100% Whey Gold Strawberry. The Nutritional Facts are simply amazing. This company is packed this protein with 24 grams of the purist muscle-building protein. It also contains a little amount of fat and very low levels of cholesterol and lactose. Additionally, it contains many BCAA's and other Amino Acids. I haven't noticed the before mentioned after taste, it tastes like a strawberry shake. I sometimes blend in some additional frozen strawberries and banana to make it even better, but it is fine with just the powder and milk. In the past I've had issues with other powders with a bad aftertaste but not this one. 5 lbs is the way to go with this one.
